Early morning and late afternoon Big Five safaris lead you into the African bush, observe the animals and their fascinating behaviour. The abundance of flora and fauna always reveals something interesting, both on the ground and in the air.
Qualified game rangers introduce to you the unique role each animal plays in the massive stage of the African Kingdom. Children must always be accompanied by a ranger and parents. It is not advisable for children below the age of 7 years to join scheduled early morning and afternoon game drives, alternative arrangements can be made upon arrival with your ranger.
AmaKhosi Safari Lodge, its staff or any person will not be held responsible for any harm caused to children, it is the duty of the parents to care for their children. Babysitting facilities are available.
For those who prefer to relax at the camp there is a library, swimming pool, game viewing deck and an outdoor lounge overlooking the Mkuze River. A private function room and conference centre is also available at AmaKhosi Safari Lodge.
Guests of AmaKhosi Safari Lodge can indulge in a range of wellness treatments. There is a choice of massage treatments run by a qualified masseur, these include aromatherapy, full body Swedish massages and stress relief back massages. Guests have the option of taking their treatments on the open deck or private lounge of their suite.
